Sal wood / Honne wood frame with TST (two side teak) flush shutters with two side spray polish. Size 3 feet by 7 feet. Balcony & Toilet doors (with front side enamel paint and backside water proof paint). Size 2.5 feet by 7 feet. Premium / SS finish hardware for all doors.

WINDOWS

UPVC window (polycad or equivalent make) for balcony door windows and UPVC ventilators with non see through glass.

Living or dining 8 feet by 6 feet, Rooms 5 feet by 4 feet, Kitchen 4 feet by 3 feet and Bath Rooms 2.5 feet by 2 feet.
